The following Terms & Conditions govern the employment and work relationship between Teleconnect Global Services (“the Company”) and the individual (“the Candidate/Employee”). By joining and working with the Company, the Candidate agrees to abide by the policies mentioned below:

1. Free Joining

The Company does not charge any fees, deposits, or investments for joining.

Employment with Teleconnect Global Services is completely free of cost.

2. No Hidden Charges

The Company shall not demand or accept any charges for training, joining, or registration under any circumstances.

Any such demand by unauthorized persons must be reported immediately to the Company’s management.

3. Offer Letter

An official Offer Letter will be issued to the Candidate only after the successful completion of one (1) month of continuous service with the Company.

4. Notice Period

In case of resignation, the Employee must submit a minimum one (1) month prior written notice to the Company.

Failure to provide the required notice period may result in deductions or forfeiture of pending dues, as deemed necessary by the Company.

5. Salary & Payment Policy

Salaries will be disbursed on or before the 7th day of every month for the previous month’s work.

Any delay, if unavoidable due to banking or technical reasons, will be communicated in advance by the management.

6. General Compliance

All Employees are expected to follow professional conduct, confidentiality, and company guidelines during their tenure.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with prior notice to employees.
